- Contested Divorce matters – £1600.00 + VAT
- Uncontested Domestic Violence/Non Molestation applications – £1000.00 + VAT
- Child Arrangement ( contact/residence ) initial application – £1000.00 + VAT
Excluded from the above price scheme are the following:
- Disbursements/Court Fees
- Disbursements/Counsel Fees
- Disbursements properly incurred in engaging professionals such as translators and experts
Fees quoted are for solicitors with 3 or more years of Post Qualification Experience.
