Sudesh Bopitiya was qualified as an Attorney -at Law in Sri Lanka in 1992 and later completed his higher studies in the UK before qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2002.

Sudesh is a Law Society accredited senior Caseworker and supervisor in Immigration Law, He also qualified as a duty solicitor in criminal Law in 2007. Sudesh has also been accredited as a specialist family lawyer by the Resolution first for family law. Sudesh has extensive experience in dealing with all range of criminal matters over the last 12 years. He also has been dealing with all range family law matters for over 12 years and has extensive experience in Matrimonial proceedings, Private children law, and Public Children Law.

Sudesh has been dealing with various types of immigration matters in the UK since 1999 and has extensive experience in dealing with various issues and proceedings.
